As a mid-career professional contemplating an MBA, I found myself immersed in a year of deep reflection to understand my true motivations beyond the immediate advantages. Initially influenced by my experiences working with MBA graduates at Kearney in the UAE, my journey from Indonesia to a managerial role prompted critical self-questioning about personal and professional aspirations.

The turning point came when I focused on personal priorities alongside professional goals, leading to my decision to pursue an MBA at London Business School (LBS). This choice was driven by the desire to explore new career paths, facilitate proximity to my family, and share the educational journey with my spouse.
