The program’s effectiveness in career advancement is evident, with 92% of students achieving promotions or job function changes upon graduation. The top employers for these graduates include Ford Motor Co., McKinsey & Co., IBM, Boston Consulting Group, and PwC, with consulting and manufacturing being the leading industries. Heather Byrne, managing director of the Career Development Office at Michigan Ross, emphasized the program’s role in facilitating career growth within students’ current organizations. Michigan Ross’s Part-Time MBA, including the Weekend Program, is ranked No. 7 by U.S. News & World Report for 2024.
