Marshall’s Full-Time MBA (FTMBA) program introduced its inaugural Career Launchpad, a weeklong initiative from August 26–30, to prepare students for their professional journeys. The program included workshops, panels, classes, and networking, offering an early start to the job search process. Dean Geoff Garrett emphasized the program’s significance as a response to student feedback, while Vice Dean Leigh Tost highlighted its role in centralizing Marshall’s resources for students.
The Trojan Network, comprising over 100,000 members, was a focal point, with alumni offering guidance and underscoring the value of flexibility in career planning. The Launchpad provided four professional tracks: Entertainment and Sports, Consulting, Finance, and Product Management/Entrepreneurship/Technology, taught by industry experts and professors.
Featuring guests like Deloitte CEO Joe Ucuzoglu and representatives from leading companies, the program connected students with industry insights, career advice, and the power of Marshall’s alumni network. The event concluded with a networking party for the Class of 2026.
