The SDA Bocconi Sailing Club team claimed another victory at the 2024 RSM MBA Regatta in Malta, following their recent win at the London Business School’s Global MBA Trophy. Competing aboard SB20 boats from July 18-21, the team excelled with seven top-three finishes in eight races, securing the SB20 Champion title.
The victorious crew comprised Elio Rosapepe (helmsman), Oscar Teja (mainsail), Stjepko Zrncic (trimmer), and Giulio Magni (bowman), who together edged out IE Business School by a mere point in a thrilling finale. The event was part of the MBA Global Sailing League circuit and served as a prelude to the SB20 European Championships, also set to be hosted in Malta.
Team members highlighted the competitive spirit and varied wind conditions that made the races both challenging and enjoyable. This win underscores the Sailing Club’s mission to blend individual skills with team synergy, emphasizing the sport’s role in developing leadership qualities and professional prowess.
