As a ROMBA Fellow and recipient of the Cambridge MBA ROMBA LGBTQ+ scholarship, my MBA journey at Cambridge Judge Business School (CJBS) has been transformative. The scholarship made my studies possible, propelling my career forward.
The initial transition back to full-time study after nearly a decade was challenging. However, the support from alumnus Virut Hemnilrat, Co-Chair of Pride @ CJBS, provided invaluable guidance and embodied the supportive spirit of the LGBTQ+ community at CJBS.
Networking opportunities have been a highlight, including attending the EUROUT Conference 2023 and organizing the OxBridge Pride Mixer.
As my MBA year concludes, my goal is to maintain connections with the LGBTQ+ community. Alongside classmates, we are launching the Pride @ CJBS Mentorship Programme and the Pride @ CJBS Network platform to support incoming students and connect alumni.
Looking ahead, I am excited to continue my journey with the support of the Cambridge alumni network, ready for the next chapter of my career.
