2024 in Review: Celebrating the MBA Journey at Kellogg

After another exciting year at Kellogg, we reflect on the moments and stories that have continued to build our legacy of transforming business education and shaping global leaders.

High-Impact + High-Empathy

Empathy plays a crucial role in communication and collaboration. Hrachya (Ray) Martini Davtyan ’25 and Margaret Mester ’25 participated in pre-program experiences, including Culture Camp, to build a global community at Kellogg. This experience highlighted the importance of empathy in leadership.

Creative + Innovative

Kellogg projects and coursework accelerate professional growth. Lincoln Holt ’23 MBAi turned his MBAi Program’s capstone into a full-time job with John Deere, gaining expertise in AI.

Maanil Dodani ’25, MMM Program: “The MMM program blends left and right brain thinking, focusing on design-centric, creativity-first problem solving.”

Julia Fitzgerald ’92 MBA, CMO of Build-A-Bear: “Kellogg prepares you for what you want to do, what you think you want to do, and for what you haven’t even dreamed of yet.”

Collaborative + Ambitious

Max Lehman ’25 secured his future at Kellogg through the deferred MBA program, allowing him to take risks in his early career. He built his community through social activities like the annual Kellogg Ski trip.

Cam Voigt ’24 MBA: Transitioning from military to civilian life, he found support in the Kellogg Veterans Association (KVA).

Intentional + Purpose-Driven

Enya Hong ’24 MBA pursued her ambitions, inspired by her mother’s resilience. The flexibility in Kellogg’s program allowed her to choose classes that were meaningful to her.

Emily Strack ’23 MBA, Evening & Weekend MBA: “I have felt inspired by my coursework because I truly chose each class.”

Connected + Committed

Pauline Kulka ’23 MBA and Aly Schreck ’23 MBA started a business together after taking Professor Jeffrey Eschbach’s New Venture Discovery course.

Nitin Chawla ’24 MBA: Balancing a demanding job, family, and the EMBA program, he found the journey rewarding, forging lifelong friendships and professional connections.
