Kalyn Chang, an MBA student, chose to study abroad in Singapore for a quarter through the INSEAD exchange program to enhance her global business acumen and immerse herself in a new culture. Motivated by INSEAD’s diverse student body and innovative class offerings, she aimed to gain a broader business perspective and develop her professional network. Her experience abroad allowed her to step outside her comfort zone, immerse herself in Singaporean culture, and reconnect with her Chinese heritage. Additionally, Kalyn took advantage of her location to travel extensively in Southeast Asia, enhancing her global experience and creating lifelong memories and friendships.
