Khaled Younsi, a GMBA participant at ESSEC, embarked on a mission called “Toward Responsible Innovation” to address global warming and environmental degradation, evident from forest fires and retreating glaciers. Recognizing the urgency to act, the mission aimed to harness the diverse perspectives of individuals from varied backgrounds to tackle complex environmental issues. The challenge lay in balancing economic, social, and environmental considerations to find sustainable solutions. Despite the difficulties, the team proposed concrete actions, acknowledging that sustainability is a continuous journey that requires ongoing adaptation and collective effort. The initiative, organized by Xavier Pavie, demonstrated the potential for positive change and the importance of collaborative innovation in addressing global environmental challenges.
