Despite a slightly lower acceptance rate within three months of graduation (92%), 93% received job offers, a testament to the quality of roles pursued. Some graduates secured offers after the reporting deadline, showcasing ongoing success beyond the official timeline.
Consulting saw a notable increase, constituting 43% of accepted jobs, with Boston Consulting Group and McKinsey leading the way. Financial services also experienced growth, up 5% from the previous year, with Bank of America and JPMorgan Chase among the top hiring firms.
While tech hires decreased by 6%, graduates adapted, exploring roles focused on innovation beyond traditional tech sectors. Additionally, some graduates chose entrepreneurship or supported startups and nonprofits, showcasing diverse career paths.
