The Northwestern Kellogg School of Management has released its MBA Class of 2025 profile, reaffirming that a low GPA is not a barrier to entry for an elite MBA program. The class reflects Kellogg’s commitment to diversity, with 42% of U.S. students of color, 13% being first-generation advanced degree seekers, and 9% from the LGBTQ+ community. Kellogg maintains its reputation as a global leader in women’s MBA enrollment with 48% women in the class.

The class size for 2025 is 529 students, among the largest in Kellogg’s history. Nearly 39% of the class comprises international students, a near-record figure. The GMAT average is 732, with a range of 620-780, providing opportunities for students who may not excel in standardized testing.
One record set in 2023 is the number of students from the tech industry, with 19% of the class coming from this sector. Kellogg’s commitment to diversity extends to various dimensions, including demographics, backgrounds, and career focus, fostering a rich and collaborative learning environment.
The majority of new students come from the consulting industry (26%), with 19% from financial services. Business majors make up 50% of the class, STEM majors are 38%, and humanities majors are 25%.
